Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Misagh Architect ("we", "us"), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the maker of RecStudio. Contact: info@fitoutcompany.ae

1. Agreement

By installing or using RecStudio you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The terms of the store you got the app from (Google Play Terms of Service, or Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement) also apply.

2. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use RecStudio on phones and tablets you own or control, as the store's rules allow. You may not copy, resell, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.

3. Record responsibly

You are solely responsible for what you record and for how you use and share your recordings. In particular:

• Only record content you have the right to record.
• Get consent before recording other people, their voices, their images or their calls. In many countries, including the United Arab Emirates, recording or sharing someone without their consent can be a crime.
• Respect copyright and content protection. Do not use RecStudio to copy films, paid or protected content, or to break other apps' or services' rules.
• Follow the laws of the country you are in.

We do not see, review or store your recordings.

4. RecStudio Pro, free trial and payments

• Monthly plan: new subscribers who are eligible get a 3-day free trial, then USD 9.99 per month (or the local price shown in the store). It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel at any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends. Cancelling stops future renewals; the time already paid for stays active.
• Lifetime: a one-time payment of USD 20 (or the local price shown in the store) unlocks RecStudio Pro for as long as we offer the app, on devices that use the same store account.
• Payments, refunds and sales taxes are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own policies.
• Prices may change. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and the store will tell subscribers in advance as its rules require.

5. Availability

We may update, change or stop features. RecStudio may not work on every device. Some apps block recording of their screen or sound (for example protected video or banking apps); this is their choice and not a fault in RecStudio.

6. No warranty

To the fullest extent the law allows, RecStudio is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that recordings will always succeed or never be lost, for example if your phone fails, runs out of space or stops the app. Keep copies of important recordings.

7. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for lost data or recordings, or for lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for RecStudio in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Your responsibility to us

You agree to hold us harmless from claims that arise from your recordings, from how you use them, or from your breaking these terms or the law.

9. Ending

These terms apply while you use RecStudio. We may end your licence if you break them. Sections 3, 6, 7, 8 and 10 continue to apply after that.

10. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
